All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Fulfillment time refers to the time we need to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping time typically ranges from 3–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and preferred shipping option. We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Rica R & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at info@ricarandco.com so we can assist.
