Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully review all product descriptions and order details before completing your purchase. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges—no exceptions.

All Rica R & Co. products are handmade in small batches using natural, high-quality ingredients. Because of this, variations in color, texture, scent, or size may occur. These slight differences do not affect product performance and are not considered defects.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please email us at info@ricarandco.com and include your order # within 3 business days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll gladly resend the affected item.

If an item is missing from your order, we’ll make it our top priority to correct the issue. Missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@ricarandco.com. Please include your order number.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a refund or provide a comparable replacement at our discretion.

Packages returned to Rica R & Co due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will be refunded for the product only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the discretion of Rica R & Co. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
